American Portable Buildings delivers your modular classroom building straight to your site and offers complete setup services. We set it up, tie it down, skirt the bottom and add ramps and steps to the entryways. If you choose not to keep the classrooms long term, we’ll take care of dismantling and transporting every piece back to our yard. Our experts can also assist with complex site work, including building permits and utility hookups.
All APB modular classroom buildings meet the American Disability Act requirements. Along with modular classrooms we offer ADA compliant handicap ramps and steps.
Our modular classroom buildings come with heat and air-conditioning. Classroom buildings are available with or without restroom facilities. We also offer whiteboards, tack boards, coat hooks and other classroom accessories that make life easier for hard-working teachers.
Modular classrooms come in many sizes but standard single and two-room classroom buildings come in either 24’x40’ or 24’x60’ modular buildings. The load occupancy is approximately 20-26 students for each classroom in a 24’x40’ modular building or 40-45 students for a 24’x60’ modular building. Occupancy loads vary based on student ages, code requirements and whether or not restrooms are included.
